Woman's Aid Workshop

This week with Mary Johnson, P.5,6 and 7 had a fantastic workshop on self esteem. We completed activities that showed us how hurtful words can affect us on the inside. But compliments and positive words make us feel good about ourselves.

Mary challenged us to compliment one person each day to promote good self esteem in ourselves and others. I think the world could do with some more kind words!
