The Amazing Amazon Rainforest

Primary 5, 6 & 7 have been learning lots of exciting facts about the Amazon Rainforest as part of their 'World Around Us' topic - IMPACT. They've been busy preparing informative Fact Files about animals that live in the Rainforest, writing fabulous letters home about their exciting 'trip' to the rainforest and also creating beautiful list and sense poems.  They even had time to paint an enormous picture of the Rainforest displaying the different layers. They are currently drawing the animals which live in each of these layers of the Rainforest... jaguars, spider monkeys, toucans and sloths... to name a few!
