ICT in Play Based Learning

Primary 1 and 2 children have been learning how to use 'Fronter'. On Fronter, Mrs Killough, Miss McAloon and myself have prepared a special site to prepare the children for their shared education trip tomorrow. For our Shared Education day we are going to the beach! We are also going to take part in lots of splish splashing adventures! On the Fronter page the children discovered seaside songs, games and poems all by themselves on the laptops. The children then took part in a poll, voting which activity they are most excited about. The children then took part in a discussion forum. This forum is open to our partner schools: Carnalbanagh and CIPS. Darach and Ann came round to help the P.1 and P.2s write their messages. Thanks again to our head boy and head girl. We are super excited for our fun day at the beach tomorrow!
