Burns Day celebrations in P1 & 2

P1 & 2 decided to forego the haggis, neeps and tatties today for our Robert Burns celebration as part of our Food Glorious Food topic but we had loads of fun…

We looked at squares and rectangles today and how they feature on tartan. We designed our own family tartan then picked colours to make a Seaview IPS TARTAN!

We made Cranachan… a delicious Scottish oaty dessert. We listened to a piper and danced to Auld Lang Syne!
